Saudi Arabia has launched a project to support thousands of Pakistanis with winter needs, the Saudi news agency SPA has reported.
The initiative has been launched by the state King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) to distribute 22,550 winter bags and 45,100 quilts for those in need in different parts of Pakistan, it added.
The project aims at providing support for 135,000 persons in Pakistan, the agency added. Each bag includes clothes, blankets and other winter needs.
The move is part of humanitarian projects undertaken by Saudi Arabia through the Riyadh-based KSrlief to those in need in Pakistan.
